HOW I WORK

I typically step into delivery environments where programmes are already underway but clarity, alignment, or momentum has started to break down.

My focus is on quickly understanding how work is currently operating across teams, identifying where delivery is breaking down, and working with leaders and delivery teams to restore structure and direction.

I work alongside existing teams rather than outside them, supporting practical decision making, coordination, and execution so delivery can continue while improvements are made.

The emphasis is always on maintaining momentum, reducing confusion, and supporting real progress across live workstreams.
